Kyle Bibby is a campaign strategist and organizer based in New York City.

His work has shaped national policy conversations and earned recognition from The Washington Post, the White House, and grassroots organizers alike.

A former U.S. Marine Corps Captain and Presidential Management Fellow, Kyle brings his frontline experience to both the podium and the streets — merging operational analysis with deeply personal storytelling. He is the co-founder and co-CEO of the Black Veterans Project, a Truman National Security Fellow, and a lifelong student of Black history and racial justice. Through his public advocacy and issue-based campaigns, Kyle explores the intersections of identity, power, and politics.
